What insurance plans are accepted by TOSC?
We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare, and we file the paperwork for you. For more information about the insurance process, click here.

Will TOSC file a claim with my insurance company, or is that my responsibility? We will file the claim for you, if we are under contract with your insurance company.

What type of credit cards does TOSC accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit. You are welcome to visit the CareCredit website to pre-apply for their services prior to the date of your surgery or procedure. Please note anesthesia charges cannot be paid by credit card.
When should I expect my first bill?
We will bill you any balance due after your insurance company has paid your claim. There may be a delay if your insurance company has paid us incorrectly, and we must re-submit your claim for a corrected payment and allowance determination.
Can I set up a payment plan?
We ask that all balances be paid in full within 90 days of the services provided. If you encounter problems paying within the 90 days, please contact our office immediately at 805.230.3100 and ask for our collections department.
Does TOSC charge interest on outstanding balances?
No
